Eat Less

Start with a journal. Make a food log. Define where point "A" is for you so you can design your new diet to suit you best. Once you know how much and what you eat you will know what actions to take. Removing just one item on your daily list can make a huge difference. The one thing that has been proven to work to effectively loose weight and keep it off is eating less. You choose how to reach point "B".
