Drink Water

Water is the best thirst quencher but don't wait until you are parched. Start the day with a tall glass of water. The Harvard School of Public Health recommends we drink water not soda. One can of soda or fruit drink has an average of 150 calories. If you could drink 150 calories less a day for a year you would loose about 5 lbs without any other changes to your lifestyle. Could you swap water for soda?
